Project Description
A major refurbishment of part grade A listed city centre building to form 95,000 sq. ft. of modern, offi ce space whilst retaining the existing facade and banking hall. The work included, demolition, facade retention, a new basement car park, new stair/lift cores new fl oor plates, roof top plant area and innovative penthouse floor.

Construction Overview
A new internal multi-storey steel frame superstructure with composite metal deck and concrete floors. New isolated concrete pad foundations were introduced along with analysis of the existing structure to support the new arrangement. An innovative structural glass rooftop facade forms the penthouse floor and terrace.
