The development is a city centre building located within a World Heritage Site on Edinburgh’s principal retail street. This eight storey development contains five storeys of grade ‘A’ office accommodation (4,400sqm) over three storeys of prime retail.

Mid terrace city centre demolition and replacement build. Braced steel frame superstructure with in-situ concrete and metal deck suspended floors. Suspended bridges were incorporated over the access lane to the rear of Princes Street.
