The Aloft Hotel in Aberdeen is a new 150-bed home located next to the new world class events and conference facility TECA (The Event Complex Aberdeen). This ultra sleek and modern hotel was designed to strict brand criteria to attract the modern traveller.

The four-storey hotel consists of a composite steel and concrete transfer structure at level 1, supporting a lightweight SFS frame above. The hotel is founded on steel driven piles as it is located on made ground adjacent to a large subterranean car park that forms part of the new AECC development.
