A 4-storey residential development forming part of the Laurieston regeneration area in South Glasgow. The development comprises three conjoined blocks with two feature stair cores with glazed curtain walling. The Gorbals Street elevation features intricate cladding brick detailing to complement the adjacent historic Linen Bank building, along with a mezzanine floor to the topmost apartment. Goodson Associates were appointed in 2018 to undertake Civil and Structural design for the project.

The building is of mixed construction, with one block being of timber frame construction, and the other two being steel framed with composite RC slabs on metal decking, to suit the more complex building geometry. The interface with the adjacent Linen Bank building was carefully considered to co-ordinate the foundations and ensure buildability of the superstructure on the gable wall.
Permeable paving is provided to the car parking with surface water attenuation tanks below, to reduce surface water runoff rates in line with updated regulatory requirements.
