The new 13,000 sq. ft. building is located within the new ‘village’ of Bertha Park to the north of Perth and serves to be a focal point for the new Community. The building itself provides an element of Civic presence and takes the form of a three-storey building and includes a physical education wing with leisure facilities to be used by the local community.
