A new 50 Acre Masterplan for a major extension to the existing Edinburgh Bioquarter at Little France in Edinburgh. The Masterplan involved incorporating a proposed additional 110,000 m2 of proposed two to three storey buildings complete with new roads, drainage landscaping and infrastructure.

Existing features and challenges included, a steeply sloping site, limited adjacent sewer capacity, adjacent to a major working hospital.
