PPP Contract for three new secondary schools, sports pitches and associated facilities for Clackmannanshire Council. This project involved three new build secondary schools each designed in response to specific site locations and conditions. They are landmark buildings within their respective communities, providing flexible learning environments to meet 21st century educational needs and community facilities to encourage extended community use such as a community sports centre and community theatre.

The basic structure of the buildings consisted of steel frame superstructure with composite deck floor slabs. All of the sites had difficult ground conditions with piled foundations utilised at Alva and Alloa and some vibro-compaction required at Lornshill.
