A state-of-the-art community leisure centre in landscaped urban woodland, providing wet and dry sports facilities. The complex roof structure incorporates a high level of architectural design both internally and externally. The pool has an adjustable floor and feature glazing provides open views.

The basic structure consists of a steel frame superstructure with exposed steel feature trusses within the pool area and traditional pad foundations. The surface water system was designed utilising best management sustainability practices.
