The new Earlston Campus aims to replace the existing primary school while combining a nursery, community library and local health centre all under one roof. The project is being delivered as a tandem build on the site of the existing primary school.

This braced steel frame is located on a raft slab given the ground conditions at the site. The upper floors are formed of a composite 130mm thk metal deck. A large feature 10m long propped steel cantilever extends to the rear of the building offering covered play and shading to the terrace and associated play areas.
