PPP Contract for eight new primary schools on a mixture of greenfield and existing sites for Fife Council. The facilities included nursery, community use, SEN, sports pitches and external works along with off-site road works and improvements.

All sites were structural steel frame buildings with traditional concrete ground floor slab and foundations with trench fill where required. The envelopes were SFS internal framing with a combination of brick, rendered block and timber cladding. A number of the sites incorporated significant level differences which involved efficient earthworks designs to ensure the requirement of single storey level buildings.
