Masterplanning and infrastructure for a new £130 million projected city centre mixed-use development. A mixed-use commercial, residential and retail development within a tight city centre site. Parts either complete or onsite include £2.75million of roads and services infrastructure and £42million of the residential development. A £12million office block on the site has also been taken to detailed planning and building warrant stage. The project also included a Masterplanning exercise for the adjacent Fountain South site, a slightly larger proposed mixed-use site, which has been subsequently transferred to another developer.
