The format of construction varied across the 7 sites from traditionally built 2 and 3-storey properties to new concrete-framed residential blocks up to 6 storeys along with associated adopted highways & infrastructure works. Piled foundations, combined water drainage diversions & complex drainage discharge solutions are just a few of the many challenges which resulted from these brownfield sites.
