Development of a notorious city centre corner gap site to form a 150,000 sq. ft. six storey office building with basement carpark. Awarded Commercial Development of the Year at the Scottish Property Awards 2001.

The superstructure is a steel frame with composite metal decking and concrete floors on a generous column grid. The basement is formed with in-situ concrete waffle ground floor slab. Cladding is generally curtain walling with small panels of block backed rainscreen cladding.
