Refurbishment of existing listed building and adjacent extensions including new dinning conservatory, formation of open plan kitchen and builderswork associated with new M&E installation.

The new conservatory extension comprises hybird timber and steel frame to meeting the requirement of Historical Scotland. Alterations to the exsting building were challenging due to poor condition of the existing building fabric.
