Managing Director
Raymond has over 25 years’ experience as a consulting Structural and Civil engineer and an SER Certifier since 2007. His approach to all challenges generates economic, practical and buildable solutions.
He works on a wide varied of projects across all sectors including Residential, Refurbishments, Logistics, Retail, Health care, Temporary Works and Masterplanning.
His passion is quality of service to Clients and other members of the Team with a focus on sustainable design. He also leads Green Goodson, the company’s specialist group dedicated to developing practical approaches within the business to reduce and monitor embodied carbon on all projects.
Raymond is responsible for the management of the Company and is dedicated to the growth and development of all employees across the business.
When not in the office Raymond loves to be out on the hills, walking, biking or running (when the knees allow) or paddling on a Loch and focusing on his next project which usually involves another shed!
